Our office is located over on Canal Road in Abhva, right near the L.P. Savani Economy and Dream Heritage buildings. It is a part of town that has been seeing a lot of new construction lately. We work as developers, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to turn a piece of land into something people can actually live in. It is a lot of hard work and there are always a million things to check on a site. From the foundations to the final paint, we are usually there making sure things are moving along. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. We prefer being close to the projects we are working on. Most days you’ll find us with dust on our shoes because we’ve been out at the sites. We aren’t interested in fancy marketing talk or making big promises. We just want to build houses and buildings that stay standing and make sense for the people buying them. Canal Road is a good spot to be, and we like the community that is growing around here. If you are near Dream Heritage and want to see what we are working on, you can always stop by. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about building. We handle the permissions and the labor and all the messy parts of development so that the final result is decent. It's a long process.
