Spatio Infra Initiatives

Spatio Infra Initiatives is based out of Sai Darpan Society in Surat. We are over at house number 07. It is a residential and commercial mix area, so it feels very grounded and local. We work on infrastructure projects and various initiatives around the city. Surat is growing so fast, and there is always something happening on the roads or with new buildings. We started small and stayed that way on purpose to keep things manageable for us. The office is part of the society, so we know many of the people living and working around here. It is a very practical workspace. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist sitting at a desk. Usually, it is just us looking at drawings or talking on the phone with people at the sites. Gujarat is a place where business is done through talking and handshakes. We try to keep things very straightforward. If there is a problem with a project, we go out and try to fix it. We do not have a big marketing department writing things. People find us through word of mouth mostly. Being in the 394 210 area, we are close to the main parts of the city. We have our ups and downs like any other small business. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and we have to spend a weekend catching up. It is just the reality of running a shop like this. We appreciate the people who work with us.
