Vinay Arvindlal Kania

My name is Vinay Arvindlal Kania. I operate out of Surat, specifically at C/4-19 in the Althan Tenament area. We are right by Bhatar 4 Rasta. It’s a very busy intersection in Gujarat. You can always hear the horns and the people outside. My space is inside the tenement, so it’s a bit more tucked away from the main road noise. It is a humble setup. I don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. It’s just a room where I get my work done. People in Surat are hard workers, and I try to keep up with that spirit. Being in a tenement means I see my neighbors every day. We talk about the weather or the local news. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. I don’t use any glossy brochures. Most people find out about me because they live nearby or they know someone who does. I’ve been at this address for quite some time now. It’s familiar and it works for what I need. The pin code is local, and everyone knows the Bhatar 4 Rasta landmark. I don’t have a big philosophy. I just wake up, open my door, and see what the day brings. It’s about being present and handling the tasks that come my way without making a big fuss about it.
