Jayant Lapsiwala

I have been here at 5115 Parle Point on Sv Road for quite some time now. Most people around here know where it is, right near the busy part of the street. It is just me, Jayant Lapsiwala, working out of this space. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few years. I usually start my day early, unlock the door, and get things ready before anyone stops by. It is not a very big place, just enough room for what needs to get done. I don’t have a big team or anything like that. It’s mostly just dealing with whatever comes across the desk that day. People often ask me how I stay in one spot for so long, but the location is convenient for most of the folks I see. I keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any fancy decorations or a big reception area. Just a desk, some chairs, and my files. I think people appreciate that they can just walk in and talk to me without a lot of fuss. The Sv Road area has changed a lot since I first started, with new shops opening up and more cars on the road every year. But my office stays pretty much the same. I just keep doing my work and trying to stay organized as best as I can without making things too complicated.
