Our place is located in Aksha Apartment, which is right across from the Ehle Hadis Masjid in Sagrampura. If you know Surat, you know Sagrampura can get pretty crowded, especially during the middle of the day. We are on the second floor, in room 201. It’s a solid building, nothing too modern, but it serves our needs well enough. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to folks who drop by the office. Being right opposite the mosque means we always have some landmark to tell people when they get lost. The traffic outside can be a bit much sometimes, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people working and phones ringing. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the tea stall owners nearby pretty well. It’s not the kind of place where we wear suits every day. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for the heat. We handle a lot of consulting work, which means a lot of talking and checking details. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to do our jobs properly from this little corner of Surat. The neighborhood has a lot of character and we like being right in the middle of it all.
