Pankaj S Lotwala

I am Pankaj S Lotwala and you can find me at 118 Adajan Dn Bhor Pune. My office is in the Abhikram Complex, which is right opposite the Bhul. It is a fairly easy place to find once you are in the Adajan area. The complex has been around for a long time and it shows its age a bit, but it is a solid building. I’ve been in this specific unit for several years. I spend most of my time here, surrounded by files and my old computer. It is not a very large office, but it is organized in a way that makes sense to me even if it looks messy to others. The view out the window isn't much, just the street and the building across the way. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while I work to keep things from being too quiet. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to check on something or to have a quick chat about local news. I don't have a big corporate structure here. It is just me handling the business as it comes. Sometimes things get a little hectic and the desk gets covered in papers, but I usually get it cleared by the end of the week. I like the routine of coming here every morning. Adajan is a good place to be, and I’ve gotten to know the other owners in the complex quite well over time.
