Vijay Telecom

You can find Vijay Telecom over at the Radheshyam Industrial Estate on Ring Road, specifically at unit J-63/65. This is a very busy part of town with big trucks always coming and going. We started out years ago just selling simple recharge cards and those old-fashioned basic phones. These days it is mostly about fixing cracked smartphone screens or selling new chargers. The shop itself is quite small and usually packed with boxes of accessories. It can feel a bit cramped when several customers come in at the same time. We do our best to fix devices while people wait, though sometimes we have to wait for parts to be delivered from the city. The lighting in here is very bright so we can see the tiny screws inside the handsets. My nephew works behind the counter with me most days. He is much better at the software problems than I am. We get a lot of workers from the nearby factories coming in during their lunch breaks. They usually want a new screen protector or maybe a cheap pair of earphones for the walk home. We do not have a massive sign outside, just the small one above the door. The traffic on Ring Road gets terrible around five in the evening. We usually stay open a bit later to help the people heading home from their shifts. It is just a simple place where you can get your phone sorted without any big fuss.
