Vijay Electronics Mobile & Gift Articles

Our shop is in Ramnagar 4, tucked away among the other local stores. It is a place where we sell a little bit of everything related to electronics and gifts. We have shelves filled with light bulbs, wires, and small radios, but we also spend a lot of time on mobile phones. People come in because their phone stopped charging or they need a new case. Then we also have a corner for gift articles, mostly things like clocks, mugs, and some plastic toys for the neighborhood kids. It is a small shop, so we have to use every bit of wall space to hang things up. Ramnagar is a nice enough place, and we know most of the people who walk past our door every day. We open up pretty early and usually don't close until late in the evening because that is when people are coming home from work and realize they need a battery or a gift for a party. The floor is just simple tile and we try to keep it swept, but people bring in a lot of dust from the street. We don't have many employees, just a couple of us who take turns behind the counter throughout the week. It is a quiet life, mostly just chatting with customers and trying to keep the inventory organized on the shelves. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when the shop is empty just to watch the cars go by on the street.
