We are located in Surat, specifically in Shop No. 407 on the 4th floor of the Silver Stone Arcade. It’s right on the Singanpore Causeway Road, which is a major route, so there is always a lot of traffic and activity outside. Being on the 4th floor means we are a bit removed from the noise of the road, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We do infrastructure work across India, but this is where we handle the core of the business. The arcade is a busy place with lots of other shops and offices, so there’s a real sense of community among the people working here. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for our team to sit and get through the day's tasks. We have a lot of maps and project charts on the walls to help us keep track of everything. It’s a simple, no-nonsense environment. Usually, the day starts with a look at the schedule and a few calls to the sites. We deal with all sorts of challenges, from weather delays to supply issues, but that’s just part of the industry. Surat is a fast-growing city, and we feel right in the middle of it here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working hard and trying to keep everything on track. We appreciate the routine and the steady pace of work we have here in Gujarat.
