Vandana Infraspace Llp is situated in the Central Business Hub at Parle Point. Specifically, we are at FP 84/B, TPS 5. The office covers city survey numbers 248 to 251. It is a pretty central location in Surat, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about a project. We deal with infrastructure and various development jobs around this part of town. The office stays busy most of the time. We aren't a big, polished firm with a lot of staff. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized and on schedule. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking the legal papers for the land projects we handle. Parle Point is a good home base because everything we need is close by. We have seen the area change quite a lot over the years. Our work is mainly about getting the foundations right and making sure the construction goes as planned. It is not always smooth sailing. There are always issues with supplies or timing, but we just deal with them as they come up. We don't go in for flashy marketing or big presentations. If someone wants to know what we do, we usually just show them the current sites we are working on. We prefer to let the work speak for itself. It is a lot of long hours sometimes, but we are just a local business.
