Vamanand Technokraft is tucked away in the Raghuvir Textile Mall, specifically at Shop Number 211. Being in a mall on Aai Mata Road in the Magob area of Surat means we are surrounded by textiles all day long. It’s a very different vibe than being in a factory estate. Here, it’s all about the shops, the wholesalers, and the constant flow of people looking for fabrics and machinery parts. Our space is small but we pack a lot into it. We deal with the "technokraft" side of things, which usually means various technical components and machinery needs for the local textile businesses. The Parvat Patia area is always crowded, and finding a place to park near the mall can be a real headache sometimes. Inside the mall, though, it’s a bit more organized, even if it is still very busy. We spend our time talking to customers who walk in, showing them parts, and handling the daily invoices. It’s a very face-to-face kind of business. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do; we just help people get the parts they need so their machines don't stop running. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door, but it’s always grounded in the reality of the Surat textile market. We just keep the shop open and stay ready for whatever the next customer needs.
