Valence Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based at M-27 in the Center Point building. We are right near Kadiwala School on Ring Road, so you can imagine the noise when school lets out. Being on Ring Road is good for us though, because it makes it easy for people to find the office. We do a lot of import and export work here. It involves a lot of sitting at desks, checking on shipments, and making sure the customs papers are all in order. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The office is a bit crowded with files and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family place. We handle a variety of items, mostly things that companies in the area need from overseas. We don't really have a big showroom or anything. It's mostly just the office where the business happens. We try to keep things moving quickly because in the impex business, delays are a headache. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is stuck or if there's a time difference with a supplier. Ring Road is always busy, and so are we. We just do our work and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we operate at Valence. Our team is small, but we get the job done.
