Breadliner

We are located at G-14 Raj Complex, right near the Umabhavan Cross Road in Bhatar. It’s a busy little corner of Surat, and we’ve been part of it for some time. We focus on bread and other baked items that people around here need every day. The morning starts very early for us, usually while most people are still sleeping, so we can have everything ready. Raj Complex is a familiar spot for locals, and we’re just one of the shops there trying to make a living. The air inside always smells like yeast and toasted crusts, which is something you get used to after a few days. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a counter, some shelves, and the ovens in the back. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the way for a bit, but that's just how the morning goes. We see a lot of the same people every day, which makes the work feel a bit more personal. It’s physical work, lifting heavy bags of flour and moving trays around, and my hands are usually covered in something by noon. We aren't trying to be a fancy cafe, just a reliable place for bread. It's a straightforward job, and we take it one day at a time here in Bhatar. We put the loaves out as they come out of the heat and wait for the regulars to stop by on their way home.
