Styen Baking System

Our workshop is down at Plot No.23 on Road No 7 in Udhana GIDC. If you know the area, we’re quite close to Puspa Restaurant. We don’t bake the bread here; instead, we work on the machines and systems that other people use to do their baking. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s usually the sound of tools and metal moving around. We’ve been in Udhna Udhyog Nagar for a while, helping out local bakeries when their equipment breaks down or when they need something new set up. It’s a greasy, hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints, fixing motors, or welding parts together. The floor is concrete and often has some oil spots, and there’s always a project half-finished on a workbench somewhere. It isn't a place for customers to sit down, it’s a place where work gets done. We have a small team of guys who know their way around an oven's heating element or a mixer's gears. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories, so it's always busy and a bit noisy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machinery. If a baker in Surat has a problem with their setup, they usually find their way to our door on Road No 7. We don't mind the grime as long as the machines we build are working the way they are supposed to.
