Sreeji Dairy And Bakery

You can find us over at Abhishek Residency near Sudhama Chowk in Mota Varachha. We’ve been running this dairy and bakery for a good bit of time now. It’s a local spot where people come to get their daily essentials like milk, curd, and fresh bread. The mornings are usually our busiest time because everyone is trying to get their stuff before starting their day. It’s just me and a few others working here, trying to keep up with the demand. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It's just a regular shop where we know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We spend a lot of time organizing the crates and making sure the bakery items are fresh on the shelves. Sometimes the floor gets a bit wet from the milk bags or there’s flour everywhere, but we just clean it up and keep going. Mota Varachha is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of new faces lately, which is nice. We don't do any big advertising; people just know we're here at the residency. It’s a lot of long hours, starting before the sun is even up, but it's okay. We just want to make sure the locals have what they need for their breakfast or tea time. We keep the fridge stocked and the bread racks full because that is what the neighborhood expects from us every day.
