Vage Impex

Our business is situated at Varachha Road Charkop 133. It is a very busy part of town and there is always something happening outside our door. We deal with import and export stuff, which means a lot of boxes and a lot of tracking numbers. The office is usually piled high with samples and shipping documents. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to people about where their goods are and when they will arrive. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment gets delayed at the port or there is a problem with the paperwork. We just deal with it one step at a time. It is not a very pretty office, just some desks and some very old filing cabinets. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make tea for anyone who comes to visit. Most of our clients have been working with us for a long time. They know we are honest and that we do our work properly. We don't have a big marketing department or anything fancy. We just rely on the relationships we have built over the years. Some days are very long and we stay late to make sure all the emails are answered. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we like the pace of things on Varachha Road. There is always a truck idling nearby and the smell of tea in the air.
