Unisect Pharmaceutical Private Limited is over at 73, Asiyana Nagar. That’s in Bardoli, which is part of the Bardoli taluka in the Surat district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Surat city, but Bardoli is a good town to work in. Our office is in a residential-style area. It’s not like being in a huge office tower with glass windows. It’s much more relaxed here. Asiyana Nagar is a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Number 73 is just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at the front gate. You just walk up to the door. Most of the people around here know us by now. We’ve got a few rooms for the office stuff and some space to keep things organized. The pace of life in Bardoli is a bit slower than in Ahmedabad, which we don’t mind at all. It gets quite green around here when it rains, and the air is a bit fresher than in the middle of a big city. We spend our days answering calls, checking the records, and making sure everything is in order. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't use any fancy management software, just simple lists and notes. It’s an honest way to work in a nice part of Gujarat. It works for us.
