You’ll find our facility at the National Plastic Compound in Naroli Village. We are located at Survey No. 166, Plot No. 6, just near the Kanadi Phatak. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, tucked away in an area that’s a mix of old village life and newer industrial compounds. We do biotech work, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just our daily routine. We spend a lot of time in white coats looking at containers and keeping everything very clean. The atmosphere here is a bit different from the fabrication shops nearby because we have to be so careful about contamination. It’s quiet inside, though you can hear the trucks passing by the gate outside. We aren't a big, polished pharmaceutical company with a glass building. We are just a practical outfit working out of a standard industrial plot. Most of the people working here are from around Naroli or the nearby towns. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news. The village has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We don't have any grand speeches about what we are doing. We just follow the protocols and make sure the batches come out the way they are supposed to. It’s steady work that requires a lot of attention to detail every single day. We've been here for a while and the routine just feels natural to us now.
