Vardhman Pharmaceutical Distributor

Our shop is number 2, located at House Number 12/2711 in the Wad Saiyadpura area. It’s a bit of a maze around here if you aren't local. Vardhman Pharmaceutical Distributor has been serving this part of the city for a long time. We handle a lot of boxes every single day. The shelves are usually packed right up to the ceiling with different medicines. It gets pretty cramped inside, especially when a new shipment arrives. We spend most of our time answering the phone and checking off orders for local pharmacies. It’s a lot of running around. The street outside is usually full of people and small delivery vans. We know most of the people who come by our door. It’s a family-style environment where everyone chips in. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always one more order to pack. We don't use any fancy computers for everything, a lot of it is still done the old-fashioned way with ledgers. It works for us. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. We aren't a big corporation, just a local distributor trying to get the right supplies to the right people. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a minute while we work. We have a small radio that plays the news in the background all day. It’s just our little corner of Saiyadpura where we keep things moving.
