Unique Devlopers

We've been at this spot on Sarol Road for a while now. Most people know the way to Olpad 16th Main, it's just past the Vijaya Nagar Masma Gam area. My brother and I started Unique Devlopers because we grew up around here and saw how things were being built. It's not fancy work, just solid walls and roofs that don't leak when the rains come heavy. Most mornings we are out on the sites before the sun is even fully up. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s just how construction goes. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys on the crew and making sure the bricks are straight. Sometimes we run out of materials because the trucks get stuck in traffic near the main junction, but we deal with it. People come by the office to look at drawings or just to ask about a piece of land they bought. We sit down, have some tea, and look at the papers. It isn't a high-rise office with glass windows, just a plain room where we keep our tools and files. We know the soil around here and which parts of the road get flooded. Building things takes time and patience. We don't rush the concrete. If someone wants a house, we show them what we’ve done in the neighborhood. It’s hard work, and our hands are always dirty, but seeing a family move into a place we put together feels okay at the end of the day.
