Tulsi Mobile

Tulsi Mobile is another one of the shops in the Udhna area. We are located right where people can find us easily on their way to work or home. The shop has been here for a good amount of time. We keep a variety of mobile accessories like cases, screen guards, and chargers. Most people come in because they lost their charging brick or they want a new cover to make their phone look different. We also handle some basic repairs, like changing a battery or fixing a speaker that has stopped working. The shop is quite simple inside. We have some wooden shelves and a glass counter that’s seen better days. It has a few scratches on it from years of people sliding phones across. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We try to be helpful and give people the straight story on what’s wrong with their device. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times it’s not worth the money to repair it. We just tell them the truth and let them decide. In the evenings, it can get pretty crowded in here with people picking up their stuff after their shifts. We just keep working until everyone is taken care of. That is basically what we do every day at Tulsi Mobile.
