Tridev Silk Mills Llp operates out of the City Light area in Surat, specifically in the Golden Avenue Apartment at 9/D. It is a bit of a different vibe than the main markets because it is tucked into a more residential-looking building, but we still keep the same busy pace as everyone else in the silk trade. Being in Gujarat, especially in Surat, you cannot really escape the textile world even if you wanted to. Our office is where we handle all the paperwork and the coordination for the mills. It is not a massive warehouse, just a functional space where we can sit down and talk to people without the constant roar of the Ring Road in our ears. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the local tea shops nearby pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking on the silk production schedules. The apartment complex is usually quiet in the mornings, which gives us a chance to get things organized before the afternoon rush starts. We are just a group of people trying to keep the mills running smoothly. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. We just know silk and we know how to get it from the machines to the people who need it.
