Matrix Placement

Matrix Placement is located at 17, Adivasi Bhavan, right across the road from the Pioneer Hotel. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where the hotel is. Our office is a simple one. We help match people with jobs in the area. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication between the owners of small businesses and the folks looking for work. We do not have a polished marketing plan or anything like that. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. The office is often full of papers and the sound of the ceiling fan. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone is happy with the arrangements. It can be a bit stressful when a job does not work out, but we just try again. We have been in this building for a long time and we know the other tenants well. It is a practical environment where we focus on the task at hand. We do not use fancy titles or complicated processes. You come in, we talk about what you can do, and we see if there is a spot for you. It is honest work and we try to be as helpful as we can be without making any false promises. We are just a small group trying to help people earn a living by finding them decent employment.
