You can find us up on the fifth floor of the Swagat Complex here in Surat. Aargee Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd has been in this building for a bit, and it’s a decent place to work from. There is usually a lot of noise from the street below, but we've gotten used to it. Our office is number 503, so it’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We spend our mornings looking through piles of resumes and our afternoons talking to people who are looking for jobs. It’s not a flashy setup. We have a few computers, some filing cabinets that are starting to overflow, and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. Surat is a fast-paced city, so there’s always someone looking for staff or someone looking for work. We try to keep up with the demand, but some days it feels like there aren't enough hours. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything. It's just a regular office where we try to help people find where they fit. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s the highlight of our afternoon. We know the local businesses around here and they know us. It’s a small world in this industry, and we just try to do our bit without making a big fuss about it. The desk in the corner is always piled high with folders, but we know where everything is. We just take it one candidate at a time.
