Crystal Careers

Our office is unit 805 in the Chandni Chowk Apartments. We are located right behind the Sharda Yatan School in Surat, Gujarat. It’s a pretty easy spot to get to in the 395007 area. We call ourselves Crystal Careers because we focus on helping people find their way in the job market. It’s mostly just us sitting in a small room with a few phones and computers. We talk to a lot of people who are looking for a change or who are just starting out. It can be tough out there, so we try to give them practical advice without any of the corporate fluff. We aren't high-powered headhunters; we’re just regular people who know a bit about the local businesses in Surat. We spend our mornings calling companies and our afternoons talking to candidates. The school nearby means it gets a bit noisy when the kids are leaving, but we don't mind the energy. We’ve been here long enough that we know which shops are hiring and who needs what kind of help. We don't promise that everyone will get their dream job tomorrow. We just promise to look at their skills and see what we can find. It’s a simple process of matching needs with people. We enjoy seeing someone get a job they’re happy with. It makes the long hours of looking through applications worth it. That’s really all there is to it.
