Tejas Communication

It is usually quite hot in Surat most of the time, and I spend my days here at 8/452. Tejas Communication is where I am usually found from morning until late. People come in and out all day long. Some are looking for a new phone and others just want to talk about theirs or ask a quick question. It gets pretty noisy with all the traffic outside but that is just how it is in this part of town. I started this shop because I know a bit about how these devices work. Most of my morning is spent opening up the metal shutters and dusting off the glass counters. There is a lot of dust that settles overnight from the street. I keep a few plastic chairs for people to sit if they have to wait for something. My brother helps me out sometimes when it gets really busy in the afternoons. We do not have a big fancy sign but people find us anyway by looking for the number. Usually, someone from the neighborhood stops by just to say hello or ask about a phone bill. The address is 8/452, right here in the middle of everything. It isn't a fancy place. We have some shelves with various items and a small wooden desk where I do most of the paperwork. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. That's life in a shop like this.
