Swaram Infra Private Limited

We are located on Varachha Road, up on the second floor of Yash Plaza. Our shop numbers are 418 and 419. It is right across from Dhanamal Silk Mills, which is a very big landmark that everyone knows. Being on the second floor means we are away from the worst of the street noise, but Varachha Road is always lively. We do infrastructure work, and our office is usually full of maps and project files. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs sometimes if the lift is busy, but we don’t mind the exercise. The office has two main rooms since we have two shop units joined together. It gives us a bit more breathing room for our desks and a small area where we can sit and talk with visitors. We have a lot of stuff piled up on the shelves, mostly old records and technical books. The sun comes in through the front windows in the morning. We’ve been at Yash Plaza for a bit now and we like the location. There are lots of other businesses around, so there’s always someone to talk to in the hallways. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations, just some basic furniture and our computers. It is a working office for people who have things to do. If you reach the silk mills, you are right there. Just cross the road and come up to the second floor. We usually have some music playing in the background.
