So we are located at 295 Kadodara Kakkad Market on Kalbadevi Road. If you know that area, you know it is always packed with people and delivery carts. It gets really loud during the day, but that is just how the market is. We have been running Suryam Chemicals from this spot for a long time now. The shop is not anything fancy to look at. It is mostly just stacks of bags and some old wooden desks where we keep the ledgers. We don't have a big team or a fancy reception area. It is just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the customers get what they need. Sometimes the narrow lanes make it hard for the trucks to get in, so we have to move stuff by hand or on smaller trolleys. It is hard work, especially in the heat, but we are used to it by now. We usually have tea from the guy around the corner twice a day. He knows our order without us even asking. People stop by just to chat sometimes even if they aren't buying anything today. We don't do much advertising or have a big website. Most folks find us because their father or their neighbor told them we were here. It is a simple way to do business, but it works for us and we keep things honest and straightforward every single day. We keep the shutters open from early morning until late evening.
