SURAT VISCOSE WEAVERS ASSOCIATION

You can find us at S.K. Industrial Society-2 on Bamroli Road. We are on the ground floor, across plots 162 and 163. It’s a large enough space for the Surat Viscose Weavers Association to handle its business. Being in an industrial society means there’s always something going on around us. You’ll hear machines and see people moving materials all day long. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, mainly keeping track of everything related to the weavers here. It’s a very local feel because everyone knows everyone else in this part of Surat. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we meet and discuss what needs to be done for the group. We spend a lot of time talking to the members and trying to keep things organized. Bamroli Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always a lot of movement. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to just walk in when they have a question. We’ve been here for a good while, and it feels like home to us now. We just do our best to stay on top of the daily requirements without any fuss. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. There is always a pot of tea going and some ledger books open on the desk while we work through the morning tasks and handle the visitors.
