The building is simple and it blends in with the rest of the street. Inside, we have our setup for managing the pharmaceutical work. It is mostly just a bunch of desks and filing cabinets. We don't really do anything flashy here. Some of the staff have been living in Bhilai their whole lives. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day long to stay comfortable. Sometimes we stand out by the gate to get some air and talk to the people walking by. It is a very normal, local operation. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to do our work properly at Plot 12. Nehru Nagar is a decent place to be based, and having the Gurudwara nearby makes it easy to give people directions when they are looking for us. We just come in, do what needs to be done for Surat Pharmaceuticals, and head home like everyone else in the block.
