SURAT BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Surat Buildtech is located in Surat. We are based in the Maharshi Apartments Co-op Housing Society Ltd. Our office is Flat-302, right beside the Commissioner’s Bungalow. It is a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. The area is quite nice, with some old trees and a bit of shade, which is a relief during the hot months. Working out of an apartment building gives our office a bit of a homey feel, I suppose. We do building and tech-related work, mostly focusing on projects within the city limits. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at computer screens. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just come in and we are there working. Sometimes the neighbors in the building complain if we have too many people coming in and out, but we try to keep things quiet. We’ve been part of the Surat business scene for a while now. We don't use much of that corporate speak because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just trying to get through the work list and make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. It is a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and suppliers, which can be exhausting, but we are used to it by now. We just take it one project at a time.
