Sunil Communication

We are located on Road No 4 in Sachin, right at number 13. Sachin is an industrial kind of place, so we have a lot of workers coming in and out all day. They mostly need recharges for their mobile phones or they want to buy a cheap handset that can handle the dust and heat at the factory. We also sell small things like memory cards and simple earphones. It is a basic shop, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have a few counters and some plastic chairs for people who are waiting for their phone service. The air in Sachin can be a bit heavy with the smoke from the nearby factories, so we try to keep the inside of the shop clean. It feels like a losing battle sometimes with all the dust. We have been here for a good amount of time now. We know the shift timings of the nearby factories quite well, so we know exactly when it will be busy. Around lunchtime and right after the evening shift ends, we get a lot of people all at once. We try to work as fast as we can so nobody has to wait too long. We do not do any big marketing or put up flyers. Just a simple board outside with our name on it. We treat everyone the same, whether they are buying a small phone top-up or a whole new device. It is important to be helpful to the people who work hard in this industrial area.
