SPS Buildcon LLP is based in Surat, specifically in the Adajan area on Anand Mahal Road. Our office is B-3 UG 2 in the Akshar Jyot Apartment, which is quite close to Bhulka Bhavan School. If you know that school, you know exactly where we are. Being on a main road like Anand Mahal means there is always something happening outside. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves in the construction field. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the day-to-day requirements of our build projects. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our signs at sites. The office is on the upper ground floor, so it’s easy to walk into. We keep it pretty basic inside—just what we need to get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to report, but we make it work. We’ve lived in Surat for a long time, so we understand how things move here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Gujarat; we just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s an honest living. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking over local regulations. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. It just makes more sense to us to stay local and keep things manageable.
