Ritesh Developers

Our office is over at G 207 in the Parle Point City Light Shopping Centre. It’s a decent place to work out of. Ritesh Developers has been around for a bit, mostly working on local projects. You might have walked past the shopping centre a hundred times without noticing the small sign on our door. We handle development stuff, mostly building things or planning them out for the future. It's a lot of desk work and phone calls throughout the week. We don't have a big reception area or coffee machines for guests. Usually, we are just looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the site to see how things are moving along. Parle Point is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a project. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate ladder or anything like that. Just us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes the shopping centre gets loud, but we are used to it by now. We’ve seen the City Light area grow quite a bit since we first moved into G 207. People come to us when they want to get something built or if they have questions about land in this part of the city. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just regular development work that needs to be done right. It’s a living, and we enjoy being part of the local community in this way for the long haul.
