Southcity Corporation

We are based at 103 on Surat Veer Nariman Road. It is a very busy street and there is always some kind of commotion going on outside our front door. The office itself is tucked away inside the building, and it is a pretty quiet spot once you actually get inside and shut the door. We have been working out of this space for a long time now. There are shelves lined with old binders and records that we have kept over the years. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. We have a small staff here and we all know each other’s habits by now. Someone usually brings in some snacks to share around four o'clock. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we have just added pieces over the years as we needed them. It is not a showroom or anything, just a place where we come to do our work every morning. We see the same people walking past on the sidewalk every single day. The building is older, but it is sturdy and it keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We do not really go for anything flashy or modern. We just handle the business side of things and try to keep everything moving along smoothly. It is a lot of routine, which is fine with us. We like the location because it is easy to find on Veer Nariman Road.
