Delta Solar

We are located at Delta Solar on Ghod Dod Road. Our place is Plot No 2102 in the Westfield building. It’s right across from the Sarela Shopping Centre, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking around. It gets pretty crowded on weekends because of the shops nearby. We started this because we knew a bit about solar panels and thought we could make a go of it here. The office is okay, nothing too special, just desks and some sample parts lying around. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to know if solar actually saves them any money. We tell them what we know. It's not a complicated setup. We have a few technicians who go out to sites, and the rest of us stay here to handle the phone and the walk-ins. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the afternoon, which is ironic given what we do. We try to keep things simple. If a part is late, we tell the customer it’s late. We don’t try to hide behind fancy words. It's just us trying to keep the business running and helping people get their setups installed properly. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls down the street. It’s a decent area to work in and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners over the years. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
