We’ve been running things out of our office at 104, Samruddhi Apartment for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right on City Light Road, just across from H-3 Hospital. If you’re looking for us, we’re close to Ashok Pan House, which is a pretty common landmark for everyone in this part of Surat. Skyparadise Buildcon LLP is mostly just us working on local building projects around Gujarat. It’s a busy area and there’s always something going on outside the window. We spend our days dealing with site plans and making sure the materials show up on time. It isn’t always glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office stays pretty full of paperwork and people coming in to talk about upcoming jobs. We’ve stayed in this City Light neighborhood because it’s convenient for getting around the city. Being in Surat means there is a lot of construction happening everywhere, and we try to keep up with our part of it. Sometimes the traffic on City Light Road gets a bit much, especially near the hospital, but we like being where the action is. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff, just a small team trying to get the builds done right. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from the first sketch to the final brick. It’s hard work, but seeing a building actually go up makes the long hours worth it.
