SIDDHARTH FLATS LLP

At Siddharth Flats LLP, we spend most of our time dealing with residential spaces here in Surat. Our office is located at U-10-11 in Megh Mayur Plaza, right across from Jani Farsan at Parle Point. It’s a busy area, especially with the food shop nearby bringing in a lot of foot traffic. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit, handling the various aspects of managing and planning flats. Dealing with property in a city like Surat means there is always something happening. Some days it is just dealing with paperwork and taxes, other days we are out at the sites checking on how the brickwork is looking or if the plumbing is being installed right. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us in the office making sure the bills get paid and the projects move forward. You learn quickly that in this business, things rarely go exactly as planned on the first try. You just have to fix the problems as they come up and keep moving. We know the Parle Point area really well. It's a good place to be based. Most of our work is local, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on things without driving too far. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do the work we have in front of us.
