We are located at 32 Shivari Falia in the village of Moti Khervan. It’s part of the Songadh Taluka in the Surat district. Being out here in the village is a lot different than being in the middle of a big city. Things move a bit slower, and we actually know our neighbors by name. Shri Devkinandan Infradevelopers Private Limited is where we handle all our local development work. The office is a simple place. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or designer rugs on the floor. It’s just a solid room where we can sit down and look at our plans. Most of the people working here are from around Surat, so we understand the land and what the community needs. You’ll often find us drinking tea and talking about the next project. Moti Khervan is a quiet place, but there’s always some construction or development happening if you look closely. We like being part of that growth. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. If you come by Shivari Falia, you might see us out front talking to some of the local workers. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve been here in Gujarat for a while and we plan to stay. It’s about doing a decent job for the people who live in this area. We take things one day at a time and keep our projects moving.
