Shivam Mobile

Our shop, Shivam Mobile, is located at Bhestan Keshav Nagar 13/1 A. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront where we handle mobile phones and repairs. We have been in this part of Bhestan for a bit and people know us as the local spot for quick fixes. We spend a lot of time looking at small parts under a magnifying glass or trying to figure out why a phone won't turn on anymore. It can be frustrating work, but it’s what we do. The shop is small and sometimes gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things okay. We carry a few basic models and a lot of different covers and chargers because that’s what people usually ask for. We aren't part of any big company, it’s just us here every day. Bhestan Keshav Nagar 13/1 A is a quiet enough area but we get our fair share of foot traffic. We don't have any scripted sales pitches or anything like that. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them out with their tech problems. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive, and we have to explain that to the customers. Most people are understanding about it. It’s just a honest way to make a living and we stay pretty busy most of the time.
