Shivalik Spine & Joint Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find us at 205206 Shivalik Plaza. We are in the Utran Varachha area, right near the Kapodra Utran Bridge. The clinic is Shivalik Spine & Joint Physiotherapy Clinic. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is busy, but we are right there in the plaza. We have these tables and some machines for exercises. People come in with bad backs or knees that don’t work like they used to. We spend most of the day helping people stretch or move around. It’s a lot of physical work for us too. The clinic isn't huge, but we have enough space for a few people to get treated at the same time. We have some curtains for privacy. It gets a bit loud in the plaza during the day because of all the other shops, but inside we try to keep it focused. We see all kinds of people, from young kids who hurt themselves playing to older folks who just have aches. We don't use a lot of fancy words, we just tell you how to move. Sometimes the schedule gets messed up because someone stays longer than they should, but we try to keep it moving. We keep some water in the corner and a few magazines in the waiting area. It’s just a plain clinic where we do our jobs every day near the bridge.
