Meet Physio Clinic And Fitness Centre

We are located on the second floor of the Citylight Shopping Centre, right across from the Indraprasth Apartment on Citylight Road. It’s a handy location because people can get their shopping done or run errands before or after their sessions. We have a mix of physiotherapy equipment and a fitness area. It’s not a fancy gym with neon lights and loud music. It’s more of a place where people come to get their movement back or recover from an injury. We see a lot of people with back pain or sports injuries from around the Citylight area. The space is open and we keep it clean, but it's definitely a place for working hard. You’ll hear the sound of weights clanking and people breathing hard during their exercises. We don't have a big sales team trying to get you to sign up for year-long memberships. We just talk about what your body needs and get to work on it. The staff is friendly, but we’re here to push you a bit so you get better. Sometimes the elevator in the shopping center is a bit slow, so some of our patients use the stairs as part of their workout. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We just want to help people move better without any of the usual gym nonsense. It's about getting back to normal life and feeling stronger in your own skin.
