We decided to combine physiotherapy with a fitness center because they really go together when you’re trying to stay healthy. The clinic has been here in Udhna for some time now, and we’ve seen all sorts of people walk through the door. Some are athletes with sprains, and others are just older folks who want to walk without pain. We have some gym equipment set up alongside the treatment tables. It’s not one of those flashy gyms with loud music and neon lights; it’s more of a place where you come to do the work and get better. We spend our mornings setting up the machines and making sure the towels are clean. The afternoon usually gets busy when people finish work and come in for their sessions. It can get a little loud with the sound of the weights and people talking, but it’s a good kind of energy. We just want to provide a spot in Udhna where you can fix your body and stay fit.
