Nirvana Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find Nirvana Physiotherapy Clinic over at G4 in the Western Business Hub. We are located right on Green City Road, which is quite close to the Madhuvan Circle in the Pal area. It is a good spot because people can find us easily when they are coming from work or their homes nearby. Most of our day is spent helping people move their limbs better or deal with nagging back pain. It is physical work, and we usually get quite tired by the end of a long shift. The clinic isn't huge, but we have enough space for the mats and equipment we need to do the job right. We see a lot of people who have been sitting at desks for too many hours or maybe they hurt themselves playing sports over the weekend. Every person who walks through our door has a different story about how their knee started hurting or why their neck is feeling stiff. We listen to them, show them some exercises, and try to help them get back to their normal routine. It is a very practical kind of place. We do not have fancy decorations or anything like that, just the tools required for physio. Sometimes the traffic near Madhuvan Circle is a bit much, but once you get inside the Western Business Hub, things are fairly steady. We like being in Pal; it is a growing part of town. We just keep our heads down and work on getting people moving again.
