Shiv Mobile

Shiv Mobile is over in the Surat MIDC T Block. Being in an industrial area like the MIDC means we see a lot of people who work in the nearby factories. Our shop is small and usually has a few phones sitting on the counter waiting for a screen fix or a new battery. It is a simple setup. We have some glass cases with covers and chargers, but nothing too fancy. The T Block is a busy place and there is always someone coming in with a cracked screen they got while working. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It is just us behind the counter with some small screwdrivers and a magnifying lamp. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive and we have to explain that to the customers, which can be a bit awkward. But most people around Surat MIDC understand how things go. We keep a logbook of all the repairs and it is usually pretty full. The air outside is full of the sounds of the industrial estate, but inside it is mostly just the quiet clicking of phone parts. We do not make big promises, we just try to get the phones working again so people can call their families. It is a humble little shop and we are fine with that. We have been here for a good while.
