Our place is located at 12 Palav Co op Housing Society on New GUJ Gas Road in Surat. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are part of a housing society, which makes it feel much more like a community business. We work on superstructures and general construction. The office is basically a converted space that fits our needs perfectly. Surat is a city that never stops, and New GUJ Gas Road is no exception. We see a lot of people passing by every day. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. Our office is simple. We have the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a table for meetings. There’s no big corporate board of directors here; it’s just us doing the work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have any flashy marketing or big ads. People usually find us because they’ve seen our work around town. It’s a practical environment. We start early and often stay late to make sure everything is on track. Being in a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, which keeps us grounded. It’s a good, honest way to run a construction business. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't, we just build things.
