Shangrilla Fabrics Private Limited

Our business, Shangrilla Fabrics Private Limited, is situated over on Varachha Road. We are at Ground Floor, Number 63, in Subhash Nagar. This is in the Sarthana part of Kamrej. The ground floor location is actually pretty helpful because we don't have to lug heavy fabric rolls up and down any stairs. It’s a busy area and the road outside is almost never quiet. You can hear the rickshaws and bikes going by all day. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and cutting tables. We have a small corner for the computer and the billing stuff. The lighting isn't the best, but it works for what we need to do. A lot of people from the neighborhood stop by, and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It feels like a real community in Subhash Nagar. We spend a lot of our time just checking the texture of the fabrics and making sure the colors are what the customers asked for. The floor is usually covered in little bits of thread and scraps of cloth by the end of the shift. We try to sweep up, but it just piles up again the next day. It’s a busy life but we like it that way. We don't really do anything fancy here, just basic fabric business day in and day out.
