Our spot is in Priyanka Township in the Magob area of Surat. We are in Building 31, specifically Flat 202. It is an apartment township, so there are always families around and kids playing in the common areas. Running an infra company out of a flat might seem a bit unusual to some, but it works for us. It keeps our costs down and keeps us close to the kind of communities we are building for. The office is just a regular two-bedroom flat that we have filled with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We have been in Magob for a few years now and have seen the area grow a lot. Being in Choryasi taluka gives us a good base to reach different parts of Surat. We don't have any polished slogans or a big marketing budget. We just do our work and talk to people directly. Most of the day is spent on the phone or sitting around the table figuring out schedules. It is a practical way to run a business. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony and look out at the other buildings in the township. It reminds us of why we do this work in the first place. We are just a local team, nothing more and nothing less. If you need us, you just come to Building 31 and ring the bell for 202. We are usually around if we aren't out at a construction site checking on progress.
