Our office is tucked away in Bunglow No. 21/22 within Sai Ashish Society, Vibhag 1. It is right near the Chandani Chowk Apartments and just behind Shardayatan School here in Piplod, Surat. Being near a school means it gets pretty busy when the kids are getting out, but otherwise, it is a nice, peaceful place to work. We started this company because we wanted to handle building work differently, focusing on just getting the job done without all the fluff. The office itself is part of the bungalow, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We usually have people coming in and out all day, mostly locals from around Surat who know us. There is always a pot of tea on the go. We spend our time looking over site plans and dealing with suppliers. It is not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others, especially when we are trying to coordinate several things at once. We don't have a big marketing team or a flashy website. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and where to find us in Piplod. We like being part of the community here. The neighbors are good, and being behind the school keeps us grounded in the daily life of the area. It’s just us doing our bit. We don't ask for much else really.
