We are located at 504 in Jolly Plaza, which is part of the Kothari Industrial Estate on Lbs Marg in Surat. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the industrial area, though it's mostly just rooftops and chimneys. The industrial estate is a very active place, always something moving or being loaded onto trucks. Jolly Plaza is a decent building, though it shows its age in some spots. We have a simple setup inside. It’s just a place where we can sit down and focus on the day’s work without too many distractions. Lbs Marg is a busy road, so getting here can take a bit of time if the traffic is heavy, but it's a central enough spot. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of what we have is just there because it’s useful. It’s an honest workspace for honest work. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in the plaza, but we’ve managed to stay put at number 504. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which we appreciate. Sometimes the hallways are a bit dim, but once you’re inside our office, it’s bright enough. We just come in every morning, do what needs doing, and that is about it. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it is ours. We keep the fans running and the files in order as best we can.
